Businesses benefit from high streets cash boost

The first businesses to benefit from a £3m High Street Fund have been announced.

13 companies from Folkestone, Sandgate, Cheriton, Dymchurch, Hythe and New Romney have received funding, designed to help the district’s high streets to thrive.

Market Square restaurant in Rendezvous Street is one of the recipients, enabling a basement to be converted into an artisan food hall.  Conchitas restaurant on Bouverie Road West will improve its accessibility and facilities.
