2ND MICHELIN STAR FOR SALTWOOD RESTAURANT

Hide and Fox in Saltwood, just up the hill from Hythe, has become the first restaurant in Kent – and only the 23^rd in the whole country – to be awarded two prestigious Michelin stars.  It also holds three AA rosettes, making it one of the foremost dining experiences in the country.

Chef Allister Barsby and manager Alice Bussi serve modern British cuisine in an intimate and relaxed environment, with a focus on carefully sourced seasonal ingredients and fine wines.
